Choose the right account path
Use one identity for personnel work, company management, or both. Do not create duplicate accounts.
This guide applies when
- I do not know whether to join as personnel or a company.
- I need access to more than one company.
What to do

Register once with the email address you will keep using.

Complete your personal profile if you perform work, or create or join a company if you manage operations.

Accept company invitations while signed into that same account.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
