Understand the staging preview

The staging banner means the current deployment is for synthetic testing and must not contain real records.

This guide applies when

  • The site says staging preview.
  • A real-data feature is unavailable.

What to do

    Use made-up companies, personnel, documents, incidents, and financial values while the banner is present.

  2. 2

    Do not upload real contracts, identification, medical information, or payment details.

  3. 3

    Wait for the platform owner to complete and record every production launch gate before using real data.

Still stuck?

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.

Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
