Dispatch center or agency profile is missing

Dispatch relationships and agency readiness profiles are configured separately from physical identity.

This guide applies when

  • The unit has no dispatch center.
  • Agency readiness says no profile.
  • A dispatch list cannot be associated.

What to do

    Open the resource and choose Dispatch or Agency profiles.

  2. 2

    Add the correct agency definition, dispatch center, coverage, and effective dates.

  3. 3

    Verify the company has the relevant contracting program and region configured.
