Error 500 or something went wrong
A server error should include a privacy-safe request reference that identifies the failed request.
This guide applies when
- The page says something went wrong.
- Passenger shows an application error.
- I see error 500.
What to do
- 1
Do not repeatedly submit the same form.
- 2
Record the request reference, exact page, time, and action immediately before the error.
- 3
Return to the list and verify whether the change completed before trying again.
Still stuck?
Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
