A listing needs a seller identity, category, title, description, location, condition, terms, and required disclosures.
This guide applies when
- Publish is unavailable.
- The listing remains draft.
What to do

Open Listing Manager and edit the draft.

Complete every highlighted structured field and required disclosure.
- 3
Save, review the public preview, then publish.
Still stuck?
Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
