Listing photo or attachment is missing
Listing media must be supported, successfully uploaded, and associated with the correct listing.
This guide applies when
- The listing has no photo.
- An uploaded specification is absent.
What to do

Confirm the image or PDF opens locally and uses a supported format.

Edit the intended listing and upload the media again on a stable connection.

Save and inspect the public listing before sharing it.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
