Technical troubleshooting
Menu is cut off or will not open
The mobile menu should scroll within the viewport, including full-screen browser modes.
This guide applies when
- Only part of the menu opens.
- Items below More cannot be reached.
- Full screen hides menu choices.
What to do

Scroll inside the open menu rather than the page behind it.
- 2
Reset browser zoom to 100 percent and rotate the device if needed.
- 3
Report the screen size, browser, zoom, and missing menu item if it remains inaccessible.
