Operational needs and matching

A selected component did not create a need card

Every missing component should create an independently configurable item.

This guide applies when

  • I selected personnel, transport, or service support but no card appeared.

What to do

  1. 1

    Return to Select and confirm the component remains checked.

  2. 2

    Save the selection before moving to Configure.

  3. 3

    If a package should automate the component, verify the package definition and report the missing component code.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.

Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
