Operational request will not publish
Publishing is blocked until every selected need item has its required structured fields.
This guide applies when
- Publish is disabled.
- Review shows incomplete items.
- The request remains a draft.
What to do
- 1
Open each incomplete need card from the review page.
- 2
Complete dates, location, quantity, role or resource type, and any conditional requirements.
- 3
Save each card, return to review, and publish once all items show ready.
Still stuck?
Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
