Respond to a need as personnel or a provider
Personnel responses and provider offers are structured separately and can cover one or several request items.
This guide applies when
- I found an opportunity but cannot respond.
- I do not know whether to send a response or offer.
What to do

Open the matched request item from Open Resource Requests or Matches.
- 2
Personnel should submit a structured person response; companies and providers should submit an offer.
- 3
Select only the components you can supply and include availability and terms before submitting.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
