Cannot edit the company profile

Editing requires company-profile or full-administrator permission.

This guide applies when

  • The company page is read-only.
  • The edit action is missing.

What to do

    Ask the primary owner to open company permissions.

    Request only the company-profile access needed for your duties.

  3. 3

    Reload the company page after the permission is saved.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
