Company invitation did not arrive
An invitation can be accepted by email link or invitation code.
This guide applies when
- The invited person has no email.
- An invitation is still pending.
What to do

Confirm the invitation was sent to the person's existing Wildland Exchange email.

Check Spam and quarantine, then copy the invitation code from the company invitation list.
- 3
Do not create a second person or account to work around delivery.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
