Location or travel distance is not working
Private matching location is used for distance calculations but is not shown publicly.
This guide applies when
- Use my location does nothing.
- Matches are too far away or unexpectedly absent.
What to do

Allow location access for the site or enter the location manually.

Set the maximum travel distance and save the private matching section.

Verify the need or availability record has a usable location before comparing distance.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
