Offline draft conflicts with a newer record

A conflict means the server changed after the device saved its local draft.

This guide applies when

  • The page reports a draft conflict.
  • My offline values differ from the company-reviewed record.

What to do

  1. 1

    Review both the saved-on-device draft and current server values.

  2. 2

    Choose the version intentionally; do not repeatedly press Sync.

  3. 3

    Preserve required details in notes or attachments before replacing either version.

Still stuck?

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.

Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
