Offline draft will not sync
Field drafts stay on the device until connectivity returns and the server accepts the current record version.
This guide applies when
- The form says waiting to sync.
- A saved offline draft remains pending.
What to do

Keep the same browser and device, reconnect, and reopen the form.

Use Sync now once the connection is stable.
- 3
Do not clear browser site data before the draft is confirmed on the server.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
