Matching uses structured roles, availability, distance, credentials, and pay preferences.

This guide applies when

  • A qualified person does not appear for a need.
  • Match results are empty.

What to do

    Confirm the personnel profile has the required operational role and current credentials.

    Publish an availability window that overlaps the need dates.

  3. 3

    Review private location, travel distance, and pay requirements for conflicts.

Still stuck?

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.

Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
