Role or credential is missing
Operational capability must be selected from the structured catalog to participate in matching.
This guide applies when
- The required role is not in my profile.
- A qualification does not appear in matching.
What to do

Search the role catalog using the agency title, abbreviation, and common job name.

Add the role and its proficiency or credential details to the personnel profile.

Use profile notes only for context; matching cannot rely on free text alone.

Include the page address, local time, signed-in email, browser and device, the exact action taken, and any visible request reference. Remove private information from screenshots.
Never send a password, authenticator or recovery code, API key, payment information, or an unredacted private document.
